Quick Tip: How to Make Your Open Houses Memorable

Summer time is a great time of year to hold open houses.  The weather is beautiful in most areas of the country and yards and landscaping are looking their best.  Now is the time to open the doors and get buyers into your homes.

Did you know that The National Association of Realtors has studied the effect of giving a prospect a paper hand-out at an open house, and has found that if the prospect has a hand-out, they are more likely to remember the home and go back for a second or third look?
