SECO 2016 October 26 and 27, in Atlanta, GA

SECO 2016
Holiday Inn Perimeter
Atlanta, Georgia

Over 100 community owners from 15 states are expected, along many other representatives of symposium-logoour industry, many state execs, vendors, and at least four Community Series display homes. Presentations and panel discussions will complement two days of networking. SECO is a non-profit organization exclusively serving the needs of community owners. All aspects of our program are planned by, and for, community owners. All community owners and community management personnel are invited. Who should attend? Anyone that owns or has an interest in the health and operation of manufactured home communities. Programming is focused on tactics that can benefit those owning 1 – 100 communities. This would certainly include the owners and investors, but also be beneficial for general managers and managers. The networking opportunity with owners/operators will be beneficial for lenders, suppliers, home manufacturers and corporate property managers as well. But there is no mistake – this is a gathering directed by community owners for community owners. We are in this together and everyone has something important to share.

Come see MHVillage and Datacomp at Booth 12!

Learn more and register at the SECO website.
